Pneumonia Sidelines Notre Dame F Harangody

South Bend, IN -- (Sports Network) - Notre Dame junior forward Luke Harangody will be sidelined indefinitely after being diagnosed with pneumonia.The reigning Big East player of the year fell ill after the semifinal round of the Maui Invitational on Tuesday. He played the next day in the Fighting Irish's 102-85 loss to top-ranked North Carolina, but posted a mediocre 13- point, seven-rebound effort. Harangody, who has never missed a game at Notre Dame, leads the eighth-ranked Irish in both scoring (22.6 ppg) and rebounding (11.2 rpg) this season. No timetable has been set for his return.
