The National Barbecue Association's Annual Conference brings together hundreds of BBQ professionals and enthusiasts to celebrate the art and enjoyment of barbecue. Highlights will include bus tours of local BBQ joints, networking events with industry legends, a BBQ trade show, educational seminars on everything from backyard grilling to starting your own BBQ restaurant, and an Old-Fashioned BBQ Bash. The BBQ Bash is a one-day celebration held on the last day of the conference and open to the public, who will get to sample and vote for their favorite barbecue and sauce. Other activities will include cookbook signings, “How to Q” presentations from BBQ masters, and special classes on competition cooking and judging.
