WOMEN ON WATERS summer ends workout seriesJoin SUP elite Racer Anik Wild for a Summer ends workout series. The participants will get a great workout while building SUP and fitness skills and confidence, making an overall paddle experience the best it can be.
Tuesday mornings from 8:30am until 8:45am SUP TrainingThe SUP training is a 75 minutes on water workout design to enhance your SUP skills, increase SUP paddling performnace and your overall fitness.Thursday morning from 8:30 until 9:30am Waterwoman WorkoutThe waterwoman workout is a 60 minutes on and off water workout using your SUP board, the beach and the water to design a specific waterwoman workout. The program develop by Wild Life Athletics combines a proper warm-up and cool down, paddling, swiming and running in a series that will increase participant's fitness and water abilities.Both wokouts are for womens only. All levels of abilities are welcome, accommodating all ages and fitness level.It is possible to pay the day of the workout on location.
