Students, faculty, or staff new to human subject research or unfamiliar with the UK IRB submission and review process should attend. There will be a review of forms, access to resource materials, an overview of the regulatory and ethical framework that applies to human research, an outline of IRB review mechanisms and submission process, and review of ongoing human subject protection responsibilities.
