have been following your online weight-loss journal for a little while now.I have been trying to lose pregnancy weight for over a year. My son is now 15 months old.My "ideal" weight to me is 165 for my 5-foot-8-inch frame.I was about 180 when I got pregnant. I was overweight due to a layoff and resulting depression. Then I got pregnant and gained over 50 pounds.I hit one barrier after another. My first barrier was 252, then 233, then 211, then 203.I am finally at 199! I am finally under 200! It took me over a year to get under 200 pounds. But 199 is proving to be my new barrier. I was down to 196 but I am back up to 199.Got to resume that workout. Thank you for your column talking about how the workout is starting to pay off. -- Jodi Crump
