Motorcyclist Stable After Rear-Ending FedEx Truck While Drunk

WINDSOR, Calif. -- A Windsor man who crashed his motorcycle into the back of a FedEx delivery truck Thursday night was in stable condition at Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital Friday afternoon. Windsor police said Manuel Aguilar, 26, was critically injured when he rear-ended the truck at the intersection of Shiloh Road and Caletti Avenue around 8:50 p.m. Aguilar had a blood-alcohol level of 0.21 percent, nearly twice the level considered intoxicated, Sgt. Rob Gordon said. The truck driver was not injured, Gordon said.
