GILROY, Calif. -- Gilroy police arrested two men on suspicion of raping a 13-year-old girl Wednesday evening. Police said the victim encountered the two suspects, Cresencio Eberardo Blas, 29, and Benancio Quinones Leon, 49, at about 6 p.m. in the area of Christmas Hill Park, near Miller Avenue in the southern part of the city.
