60-year-old man arrested for sexually assaulting a 13-year-old girl

RENO -- Police have arrested a 60-year-old man and charged him with sexually assaulting a 13-year-old girl.
Last night at around 11:30 p.m., Reno Police Patrol Officers responded to 500 block of Grand Canyon in reference a an eldery male subject inappropriately touching a young girl. Officers located suspect Perfecto Ybarra and a 13 year old female victim and upon further investigation Detectives assigned to the Reno Police Department Sex Crimes/Child Abuse Unit were called out to interview everyone involved to determine if a crime had been committed.
During the interviews suspect Pefecto Ybarra admitted to having an unlawful sexual relationship with the 13 year old female juvenile and was arrested for 5 counts of Sexual Assault of a Child Under 14 Years of Age and 2 counts of Lewdness with a Minor Under 14 years of age.
