RENO -- Police were left to clear out a giant mess when last night a dispute got out of hands and lead to destruction of property and ultimately someone being shot.

Officers responded to the area of Matich and Sierra Madre on several reports of vehicle windows being broken out and possible shots being fired.  Officers were hailed by a vehicle leaving the area and located a victim suffering from a minor gunshot wound.

It appears as if an on-going dispute led to a destruction of property to a vehicle on Matich Dr.  Afterwards, another vehicle arrived in the area and fired two shots at the victims, striking their car and the passenger.
