This morning at around 12:30, the Sparks Police Department received a call of a shooting that had just occurred, in the 10 block of E O Street. Further information received was that a male subject was shot in the arm.
Upon arriving at the scene, police learned that there were two male residents, of an undisclosed residence on E O street, standing on the sidewalk, in front of their house. A suspicious vehicle was driving very slowly past the the residence. The two males were looking at the vehicle at which time a Hispanic male, that was sitting in the back, asked them if they had a problem. He fired between three to four rounds, striking one of the residents in the arm. The vehicle then drove away.
