RENO -- Two people were found dead as a result of gun shot wounds and police are investigating the case.
The victims were found dead inside a residence in the 1400 block of Copper Point Court in Reno. The Reno Police Department was called by a friend of the female victim who told police he went to the residence to check on her. Both appeared to be victims of gunshot wounds.
Robbery Homicide Detectives responded to the scene and took over the investigation. Though the investigation is on going, the police department believes that all involved parties have been accounted for and that this is not a random act of violence.
