SPARKS -- 3 men were arrested for drug related charges as the SWAT team was called to the scene.
On Tuesday, Detectives from SPD Crime Suppression Unit and RPD Crime Suppression Team completed an investigation into drug sales at 1800 Sullivan at an undisclosed apartment. The SPD SWAT Team served a search warrant at approximately 1900 hours.
The SWAT Team used several loud noise flash diversionary devices to protect their approach to the apartment. Several neighbors reported hearing shots being fired, however no shots were fired at any time by Officers/Detectives or by the suspects.
3 adult suspects were taken into custody without incident. This investigation is on going and no further information has been released.
