RENO -- A Reno woman has been arrested for battery with a deadly weapon after she stabbed a male acquaintance.
Police say 30-year-old Deanna Evans stabbed the victim during an attack in the hallway of a local apartment complex yesterday afternoon at around 4.
The male, who is a 55 year old Reno resident, was transported to a local hospital with what is believed to be a non life threatening wound.
The victim is cooperating with the investigation and there are no outstanding suspects.
This appears to be an isolated incident as the suspect and victim knew each other.
