Recently retired from the State of Nevada after 25 years of service.  Predominately working with the Public Utilities Commission, I served as an Auditor, Senior Policy Advisor, Deputy Commissioner, and for the last five years of my career as Director of Regulatory Operations.  I have also worked with the Nevada Legislature as a representative of the PUC on many important and technical issues.

It has been my honor to serve as a Commissioned Officer in the US Navy.  As a Vietnam Veteran, I was awarded the Navy Commendation Medal with Combat "V" for my service with Navel Intelligence in the Republic of Vietnam.

I hold a BA degree in chemistry from UC Riverside and a MBA from San Diego State University.

My experience has aided me in dealing with companies of all sizes, from mom & pop businesses to major corporations.  I have an ability to analyze financial data, such as budgets and related items, and I was able to establish balances between public policy that represents the individual citizen and the corporation's financial needs.
