CARSON CITY — A Carson City man has been arrested on suspicion of molesting 11-year-old twin sisters.

37-year-old Jorge Gomez-Dominguez was booked Thursday into the Carson City Jail for investigation of felony sexual assault with a child under 14 and a misdemeanor violation of a suspended sentence related to a 2009 battery charge.

According to a police report, a deputy was called to the girls' school after the two reported to school officials that a man had been sexually abusing them for at least a year.

Among other things, the suspect is accused of inappropriately touching the girls and performing a sex act on one of them.

When questioned by an investigator, one girl said Gomez-Dominguez would on occasions rub lotion on her back and then touch her genitals. The arrest report also states that he allegedly performed oral sex on the child.

The second girl said Gomez-Dominguez would allegedly touch her as she slept.

The report states that Gomez-Dominguez confessed to having oral sex with Victim 1 on Oct. 19 and inappropriately touching Victim 1 approximately two months ago while ‘checking her for bugs,'.

He's being held on $25,000 bail.
