Detroit RB Smith Sits Out Practice

Posted: 2:31 pm PST November 4, 2009

(Sports Network) - Detroit Lions running back Kevin Smith sat out practice on Wednesday with a shoulder injury.

Smith re-aggravated the injury he suffered in a Week 3 win against Washington. He has not missed any games this season due to the problem.

Quarterback Matthew Stafford, who returned to play last week after missing the previous two games, and wide receiver Calvin Johnson, who has missed the past two games, were both limited in practice.

The 1-6 Lions play at Seattle on Sunday.
