Charlotte, NC -- (Sports Network) - Carolina Panthers left tackle Jordan Gross will miss Sunday's contest against the Kansas City Chiefs due to a concussion. The setback will end Gross' streak of 84 consecutive starts. Gross suffered the injury early in the first quarter of last Sunday's 24-9 win over Atlanta while trying to block for running back DeAngelo Williams. Carolina moved Travelle Wharton to left tackle and Geoff Hangartner came in to play left guard after Gross departed. Panthers head coach John Fox said he will not make a decision who will start in Gross' place until close to game time. In addition, right tackle Jeff Otah's status for Sunday is doubtful after he suffered an ankle injury late in the third quarter of the Atlanta game.
