Singer To Perform Before Game 6

LOS ANGELES -- Mary J. Blige is going back to the Bronx. Major League Baseball said the Bronx-born singer will perform the national anthem at Yankee Stadium before Game 6 of the World Series on Wednesday. Blige is the latest superstar to sing "The Star-Spangled Banner" during the championship matchup between the New York Yankees and Philadelphia Phillies. John Legend and Alanis Morissette have also lent their voices to the traditional pre-game performance. Blige, 38, has won six Grammy awards since her 1992 debut, "What's the 411?"
