Justin Bieber wore jean overalls to meet and accept an award from the Prime Minister of Canada - Stephen Harper. Many of The Biebs' twitter followers say that he should have dressed more respectfully, but the Prime Minister tweeted to Bieber that it was ok, and he would have worn his overalls too.
