Lindsay Lohan's Legal Dustup
Lindsay Lohan leaves the 10th Precinct in Manhattan after being arrested on an assault charge - she reportedly punched a woman in the face. Police said Lohan and a 28-year-old unidentified woman had a dispute inside a New York club. The actress allegedly punched the woman in the face multiple times, with the other woman sustaining quote "minor, minor injuries," said a police sergeant. Lohan will have to return to court at a later date to face the third degree misdemeanor assault charge.
