*Winds Southwest 20 To 30 Mph With Gusts To 55 Mph.



*Timing Strongest Winds Will Occur Tuesday Afternoon Into

Tuesday Evening.



*Locations Include: Winnemucca Mcdermitt Paradise Valley

Golconda Summit.



*Impacts Winds Will Make Driving Difficult Particularly For

High Profile Vehicles. Blowing Dust May Reduce Visibility Near

Zero At Times.
