Kim Kardashian's Old Navy look-alike lawsuit

Kim Kardashian filed suit against GAP on Wednesday in regards to alook-alike model featured in the company's Old Navy ads.
"[Kim] is among the top celebrities who drive the most consumer traffic to brand advertisers' websites," the reality star's court papers state. "The infringing ads falsely represent that Kim Kardashian sponsors, endorses or is associated with [Gap Inc.]."
